The American Heart Association Teen of Impact Campaign to support GO RED!

KIDS Community is excited to support the efforts of The American Heart Association in raising awareness of heart health and driving research and development of cardiovascular disease treatments and cures!

For too long, cardiovascular disease has been thought to only affect older generations. But the reality is that heart disease and stroke can affect anyone at any age, and shockingly, heart attacks are on the rise in younger populations!​

As part of our PARTNER IN HEALTH Program, the KIDS Community Youth Advisory Board will be working to raise money for the American Heart Association, while receiving training in program development, implementation and fundraising through the KIDS Community DARE TO LEAD Program.

Adolescence is a critical stage in one's life, and establishing positive habits during this time can have a profound impact on long-term well-being. I am eager to contribute to a community where every teen has the opportunity to thrive physically and emotionally. "
